What we collect

When you request a quote on this site, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email address, suburb or address, the service you are interested in, storeys and any notes. We also record the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived from one of our ads, the ad click identifier.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote and book the work. Form submissions are delivered to our office inbox by an email delivery provider. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to quote for and service your job.

Advertising and conversion measurement

We use Google Ads, including Google's conversion tracking and enhanced conversions, to measure how well our ads work. When you submit a quote request, details you give us, such as your email address and phone number, are hashed (converted into a coded form that can't be read) in your browser and shared with Google so it can match the enquiry to any of our ads you clicked. Google does not receive your details in plain text. We also use cookies and a Google forwarding phone number to see whether calls and enquiries came from our ads. Learn how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can control ad personalisation at https://adssettings.google.com.
