Step 1
Inspection & safety
We walk the roof for damage, wear and access. Height gear goes on before chemistry. Unsafe roofs get photographed and paused.
Step 2
Pre-treatment
Biodegradable agents break down grime, lichen, mould and algae so the rinse does not have to blast.
Step 3
Low-pressure wash
Controlled rinse across the plane. Dirt and growth leave. Tiles, Colorbond, pointing and sealants stay.
Step 4
Condition check
Final walk of flashing, gutters and surface. Photos before and after. Failed ridges go on the notes — we do not coat them.
Results
Washed — not recoated
